Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. (Amica) is engaged in the design, development, marketing, management and ownership of luxury seniors’ residences. Amica owns interests in and manages 25 seniors rental residences, including an acquisition that the Company is transitioning to rebrand, one under development and one in pre-development in Canada. These 25 Amica Wellness & Vitality Residences when all completed are anticipated to comprise a total of 3,475 suites, of which an estimated 289 suites are under development or in pre-development. All of the Amica Wellness & Vitality Residences provide luxury independent living to seniors, and 20 of 25 residences either include or will include an assisted living floor/wing.
