Algold Resources Ltd., formerly Kanosak Capital Venture Corporation, is a Canada-based capital pool company. The Company is engaged the identification and evaluation of companies, business orcassets with a view to completing a proposed qualifying transaction. On March 12, 2012, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire acquisition of all interests held by Amseco Exploration Ltd. in copper, gold and silver prospects at Yasinski Lake, Quebec. The Yasinski Lake Property consists of two claim blocks located in the northeast corner of the 33F/04 sheet. The North block comprises of 11 contiguous designated cells covering an area of 568.31 hectares. The South block comprises of 52 contiguous designated cells covering an area of 2689.91 hectares. YasinskiLake area comprises two large Archeandomains and Proterozoic dykes. In December 2013, Algold Resources Ltd. acquired First Uranium Corporation.
